Robert came by initially for the estimate. He was very professional, explained what would be done and how long it would take. Ivan too was very professional. He supervised the work at the house. He again explained the process and how long it would take. When the days work was completed the house was clean and neat, as if no one had been there. When the job was completed, Ivan returned to explain how to use the thermostat and make sure I had no more questions. Will definitely recommend.

Robert and his team are an unbelievable group of professionals. The installation was seamless and they treated my house like it was their own. I have already referred them to other friends who have the same sentiment.

Had to have AirPoint come out today and service our very-old system. The girl who answered the phones was friendly and knowledgeable. They got us on the schedule right away and the service guys automatically gave us the heads up text before heading to our place. They fixed our system and even replaced our filter. They cleaned up after themselves and let us know they were done. Our estimate was accurate, no BS, no up-selling. In and out. Review #2: Our tenant’s dinosaur of a furnace died right in the middle of this ice age of a SoCal winter we’re having. Called my people at AirPoint and let them know we were having an emergency as my tenants have young children. They squeezed us into their schedule and we had a new furnace a few days later. The work was very clean and the equipment is tip top. Tenants were very happy and impressed with the work. 2 for 2, AirPoint. Great job!

To find a good company is hard. To find a great company is harder, and to find a great company that’s honest and philanthropic is nearly impossible! Until we found AirPoint. We had a previous company use some “scare tactics” to try and tell us how horrible our HVAC system was and that it was going to need a completely new system. After they left, we were not feeling comfortable with what was said. Reluctantly I called AirPoint, and Lizette was helpful and polite, and then she asked Ivan to speak to me about my issue. Ivan went above and beyond, taking time out of his busy schedule to clearly explain and teach me what I needed to know. He’s extremely knowledgeable and makes sure your questions are fully answered. They arrived, and their professionalism and hospitality is beyond any I’ve ever experienced! They walked me through their inspection, gave suggestions, and never used any fear tactics. We hired them to do the work which consisted of new ducts, insulation, and a radiant barrier. Robert, Ivan, and Brian all came and made the process so comfortable and easy! The work is impeccable, their knowledge is unending, and they have a customer for life! A huge bonus of why AirPoint is amazing is because they give back to the community! They give a portion of their proceeds to help various charities in OC. At this time the charity is CASA, which helps homeless children.
