My AC died this week, of course, and I called several other companies but no one could get me in until about a week out. Who’s going to live without AC in the middle of August? Anyway, I called AirPoint Heating & Air Conditioning. Everyone from the scheduler to the tech who came out, his name is Ivan, was super friendly and helpful. They came out the next day and replaced a part that had burned out. They didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary and were very quick and clean. When it comes time to replace my 14-year-old system, I will definitely be giving them a call. Highly recommend!!

I’m so happy with the Service that I received from Bryan, he has to be the most honest technician I ever met. I was so stressed out about how much it was going to cost me to get my AC running. Wow, I could not believe it I became a member with AirPoint Heating & Air Conditioning, Brian thanks for drawing a picture of my unit and how it all comes together and what needs to be done with my AC, and how it runs I highly recommend you and your company thank you I will definitely recommend you guys five stars.

AirPoint Heating & Air Conditioning is now my to go-to for all our HVAC needs. I would confidently recommend it to neighbors, family, and friends. I called them on short notice and even though they were completely booked up for the day they showed up within the hour as our AC was on the blink. Our main concern was our elderly family living in the home. Robert, Ivan, and Daniel are outstanding individuals. When other companies overcharge and up-sell you stuff you never needed AirPoint HVAC, fixed our loose wires, and saved us money and time. They are the new industry standard!

If I could give more stars I would These guys are amazing!!!! Ivan and Bryan came out to my house and were so professional and thorough with explaining what could be wrong with my AC unit. I had 2 AC repairmen come out prior and say “we can’t fix it, you need a whole new system” after looking at it for 5 minutes… Bryan and Ivan took the time to thoroughly inspect my AC unit and found out all I needed was my drain cleared. When it comes time to purchase a new unit I will definitely be giving them a call. I signed up for yearly maintenance from them so I can take better care of my unit.

I received a speedy response to my inquiry (during a Labor Day weekend heatwave no less!) and had my appointment set up faster than anticipated.
